A room crammed full of people at the Charing Cross Hotel, with people who live and love this business, some who had started yesterday and others who had been in it for years. It reinforced the concept that anyone who joins this business has to want to be a part of this incredible journey.

Its not about you it's about helping people achieve what you have It's about people you want to work with .....people who want to be in the business for the long term and work with you . Showing people what is a available for them ...show them the possibilities of the business is less about you and more about them .... Focus on the activity and other people promotion Set people up to be successful and how to teach other people to be successful. WOW IT STILL blows me away that I make a livings from doings this.
