SEA SALT SPA

 

Arbonne Sea Source Detox Spa line of products includes three separate sections for stimulation, strength and support. This is one of my personal favorites in the Arbonne extensive skin care range and is one I will always keep in my bathroom.  I have had so many customers who have used it for various problems from eczema to post operative conditions with fantastic results.

Sea Source – Stimulate

The Stimulate line of Sea Source Detox Spa products include the Foaming Sea Salt Scrub, Detoxifying Rescue Wash, Sea Mud Face and Body Mask and the 5 in 1 Essential Massage Oil.

 The Foaming Sea Salt Scrub’s key ingredients are sea kelp, bladderwrack, sea fennel, spirulina, Atoligomer sea salt, vitamin E, vitamin F, sunflower oil, safflower oil, hazel seed soil, jojoba oil and grapeseed oil. Spirulina, sea kelp, sea lettuce, bladderwrack, Atoligomer sea salt, bentonite, ginger root extract, sunflower oil and safflower oil are in Sea Mud Face and Body Mask. 

The Detoxifying Rescue Wash includes chamomile flower extract, rosemary extract, sage extract, spirulina, plant plankton extract and soy protein. Bladderwrack, sea kelp, sea fennel, sunflower oil, spirulina, hazel seed oil, jojoba oil, vitamin E and vitamin F are in the 5 in 1 Essential massage oil.

Sea fennel, according to the Environmental Working Group’s Skin Deep database, is a skin conditioner and tonic. Soy protein is a moisturizing emollient that keeps skin soft and smooth. Sea salt is a natural abrasive that will slough off dead skin cells as an exfoliant.

Sea Source – Strengthen

The Strengthen line of Arbonne’s Sea Source products includes the Purifying Sea Soak, the Re-Mineralizing Body Lotion 24H and the Fortifying Hair Mask. The Purifying Sea Soak has the key ingredients of sea fennel, spirulina, sea kelp, bladderwrack and Atoligomer sea salt. Chamomile flower extract, sage leaf extract, soy protein, spirulina extract, rosemary extract and shea butter are in the Fortifying Hair Mask. The Re-Mineralizing Body Lotion 24H has plankton extract, shea butter, sea kelp, imperata root extract, vitamin E and B5 olive oil extract.

Shea butter is added into the products for thickening and for its skin conditioning properties, according to Cosmetics Info. Rosemary is a fragrance and skin conditioner, adding a light scent to the products while moisturizing.

Sea Source – Support

The Support line of the Sea Source Detox Spa section of Arbonne includes the 7 Day Body Cleanse Dietary Supplement and the Renew Body Gelee. The 7 Day Body Cleanse Dietary Supplement has key ingredients of senna leaf, aloe vera, cascara sagrada, red marine algae, chlorella, blue-green algae, meadowsweet herb and rhubarb root. The Renew Body Gelee includes sea kelp, algae, shea butter, ivy leaf, green tea, vitamin E and butcher’s broom extract.

Cascara sagrada is a strong stimulant laxative that is in many colon cleansers, according to the Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Aloe is also an agent with laxative properties when taken internally.

Details The Sea Salt scrub is perfect for use in the shower - from the neck to feet. It is an aromatherapy product with a delightful scent of lemon, coriander and musk. Leaves skin incredibly soft and moisturized. I had small bumps on the backs of my upper arms and this product has smoothed them away! I used to have incredibly itchy legs. After using this product, I don't even need to put a moisturizer on them after my shower. The feeling lasts all day. This product contains essential oils, but NO mineral oil, animal products or by-products. Never tested on animals. Conclusions I love this product! Recommended for all non-sensitive skin types.
