so .......here's a little bit about who I am and what its all about.  I am a single Mom ( have been for twenty years now ) to three incredible kids.   I believe completly in using natural products and utilizing the very natural foods we find around us everyday,  wether its growing my own raspberries or buying the right fruits and foods,  and using those same products to lose weight or make a quick very effective face mask.  I search the internet to find articles that support this ethos and bring it all together under JJ Smeiamn.

I am also just on the cusp of learning all about the MLM market and have been involved with Arbonne as an independant consultant for almost a year now,  but that us another story for another day.
