Tips to Stay Healthy for the holiday season

Tips to stay with you weight loss  program thru the holidays : 
1. Shakes! They help stabilize blood sugar and keep cravings down. If u know you are going to have a big meal at a party etc, then the other 2 meals that day should be a shake! 
2. If it isnt worth the calories(doesnt taste good), dont eat it! Put it down! 
3. Hydrate. It helps you feel full. 
4. Add fiber to your shake! It helps u feel full! 
5. Wear tight jeans which is proactive prevention! 
6. Burn 500 cal a day. 
7. Consider exercise in the am then finish it off with a 20 min walk in the eve.
